Q: How do I create an account on Tingue.com?
A: At the top right of the homepage, choose “Apply for an Account.” Fill in your company and shipping details. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with setup instructions so you can start ordering online.

Q: How do I add or remove users from my account?
A: Please contact us at e-commerce@tingue.com and we’d be happy to assist.


ORDERING & PAYMENTS

Q: Can I save my cart(s) like some other sites allow?
A: Yes! Click “Save Cart” in your Shopping Cart, give it a name, and revisit it anytime from your dashboard. You can save multiple carts for later or repeated use.

Q: Can I have an order expedited?
A: Absolutely. Add any special shipping needs in the cart’s instruction box or contact us directly at orders@tingue.com or 1 (800) 829-3864.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Net Terms customers (e.g., Net 30 Days) are invoiced with taxes and shipping determined at the time of invoicing. Credit card customers can pay at checkout.

Q: Can I order without using the website?
A: Definitely! You can place an order by contacting your sales rep or by reaching out to orders@tingue.com.

Q: Why are some parts “Call for Pricing”?
A: Some items have fluctuating costs or low volume, so pricing isn’t listed online. For accurate pricing, availability, and lead times, contact orders@tingue.com or your local sales rep.

A: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking updates from your account dashboard. Need help? Contact orders@tingue.com.

Q: How do I edit my equipment list?
A: You can now submit updates to your “My Equipment” section. Additions, deletions, and changes can be made directly through your dashboard.

Q: Is there a way to favorite items for repeat purchases?
A: Yes! Click the star icon on any product or in the top-right menu to add it to your favorites. You can save items and easily access them when you’re ready to reorder.
