Tingue Now Features Laundry Belting Innovation Mato Lacing As Standard

All-Stainless Steel Lacing to be Shown in Live Demonstration at Clean '17 Booth #3531

Peachtree City, GA:

Laundry product supplier Tingue (www.Tingue.com) now features the innovative Mato Lacing as standard equipment included with every order for the company's line of belting for feeders, folders, flatwork ironers and other laundry machinery. Responding to customer preference and vigorous demand experienced since the company introduced the Mato Lacing as exclusive North American distributor in 2016, the Mato Lacing firmly attaches belt sections together using an all-stainless steel, flat profile design with unibar fasteners to reduce contact between the linen and the lacing. Featuring a flat wire that allows the belt ends to be tightly joined on a flat profile instead of the round wire that creates a bump at each belt end, the Mato Lacing eliminates the rust and lacing marks commonly left on the linens by outdated, galvanized metal belt lacing while removing the potential for snagging and tearing the linens. The end result is a fine quality finish with fewer go-backs and fewer ragouts.

To be demonstrated live at Clean '17 booth #3531 in Las Vegas, NV on June 5th, 2017, the Mato Lacing works seamlessly with the company's line of more than 50 types of belting and is available in any width to meet virtually any specification. Transition strips are also available to upgrade from #25 and #1A Clipper Lacing.
