Polyflex Gold Ironer Cover

Polyflex Gold

Fresh from our product design lab, our new flatwork ironer roll cover was developed especially for processing polyesters. We know how table linens bunch at the feed roll and exit with creases. Our Polyflex Gold has a tough, aggressive texture that grips the linens and guides them through the ironer for safe, consistent feeding.

Clean Show Booth #3448

It's available only from your Tingue rep.

Is Ironer Rebuilding Right for Your Plant?

American Ironer

If you appreciate a quality finish on your linens then you surely appreciate the quality and long life of American flatwork ironers.

Clean Show Booth #3542When shopping for more ironing capacity, think about dependability, ease of maintenance and total cost of ownership. Like the hundreds of laundry operators who rely on Talley Machinery to rebuild their ironers, you may find that what's old is not only new again but better, faster and less expensive than new.

Learn more about ironer rebuilds at our booth and at http://www.talleymachinery.com/products04.shtml.

New ComplianceCaddyTM EPA-Certified for Shop Towel Compliance

We are now free to move shop towels about the country again. The final rule under CFR 261.31 regulating solvent-contaminated wipes has been in effect and subject to EPA enforcement penalties since last January.

Clean Show Booth #3548But only now can you get an EPA-certified shop towel handling system that fully complies with the costly regs. With the new ComplianceCaddy, these shop towels can be stored and transported safely and legally.

Drums and bags cannot offer full compliance or full protection.

The ComplianceCaddy accumulates solvent-contaminated shop towels in a leak-proof, fume-proof, rotomolded, plastic container and automatically separates, drains and contains the free liquids, which are not allowed to be transported, inside the container.

When full, it rolls away like a hand truck for cleaning or disposal. Click here for details.

See interior diagram, download EPA requirements here.
